On June 20th 2008, FIBERWEB, one of the world’s largest manufacturer and supplier of non-woven fabric, holds grand opening ceremony for the “FIBERWEB Line Ⅱ”,namely EPS-ZGJ2100 manufacture line in the lineⅡplant at TIANJIN TEDA factory, which is absolutely the focus for the global non-woven industry and those insiders.
The people attending this opening ceremony are Mr Daniel Dayan, the FIBERWEB global CEO , Mr Cheng zhiyun , Asia district President of FIBERWEB, LineⅡsupplier-EPS President and general manager and major leaders of TIANJIN TEDA Development Zone. Among those attendees, FIBERWEB global CEO Mr Daniel Dayan and it’s Asia President Mr Cheng zhiyun address on the stage respectively, expressing their great congratulations to the successful commercial operation of LineⅡ. Furthermore, they also give highly appraise and tribute to its supplier-Shanghai Expansion Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd (EPS), offering sufficient affirmation for the achievement on the project cooperation made by the two parts and at last delivering the hope of going forward hand in hand on the Asia market in the near future again. In addition, many of the non-woven industry insiders are invited to attend this grand ceremony, who are Mr Wang yanxi, the Vice-chairman of Asia Non-woven Fabric Association, Mr Jin xiangyi, the professor of the non-woven research and development center of DongHua University and etc.
“FIBERWEB LineⅡ” , signed by FIBERWEB Chinese branch, namely FIBERWEB(China) Air-laid Company Limited, and Shanghai Expansion Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd on Jan.19th 2007, is a compounding production line with the capability of producing thermal-bonding, multi-bonding, latex-bonding and SAP , with the annual capacity of 10,000ton, and with the paper width & line speed of 2100mm/200m, and it’s also the second compounding production line of FIBERWEB just after its M & J production line, whose market orientation is domestic advanced hygiene material market, other domestic/ abroad household paper applications, such as wipes, food package and some industrial paper for special use.
This opening ceremony for EPS-ZGJ2100 air-laid paper production line (LineⅡ) held by FIBERWEB marks that the EPS air-laid production line has been successfully launched to the market for the commercial operation.
