	1. scope : This standard stipulates product category, technical requirements, test procedure, inspection rules and marks, package, transportation and storage of air-laid paper machine. This standard is applicable to glue dust-free paper machine, heat bonding dust-free paper, composite dust-free paper machine (hereafter referred to as "air-laid paper machine"). 2. quoted standards The clauses included in the following standards are quoted in the standard to form the clauses of this standard. 	4. Technical requirements Air-laid paper machine 's manufacture shall conform to GB / T14253. 4.1 general requirements Air-laid paper machine shall conform to the standard, and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved through specified procedure. 4.2 product performance requirements 4.2.1 air-laid paper machine's basic performance shall conform to table 2; 4.2.2 glue, composite air-laid paper machine's glue spraying shall be uniform, gluing volume shall be easily controlled, flow error of glue liquor shall be controled within ±5g /min, glue liquor with a good penetration effect; 4.2.3 heat bonding, composite air-laid paper machine ES hot melt fiber and fuzz pulp fibre shall be mixed uniformly as per fixed proportion, the proportion shall be easily controled and content error shall not exceed±5g; 4.2.4 hot roll temperature shall ensure accurate display, convenient control and temperature error shall not exceed ±4℃; 4.2.5 oven temperature shall ensure accurate display, convenient control and temperature error shall not exceed ±4℃; 4.3 manufacture requirements 4.3.1 air-laid paper machine's weldment manufacture shall conform to QB / T1588.1; 4.3.2 air-laid paper machine's machining and processing parts shall conform to QB / T1588.2; 4.3.3 air-laid paper machine 's bowl size shall conform to QB / T1339; 4.3.4 air-laid paper machine's bowl manufacture shall conform to QB / T1422.5; 4.3.5 air-laid paper machine's bowl dynamic balance shall conform to QB / T3917; 4.3.6 air-laid paper machine's forming mesh, dry web shall conform to QB / T3664; 4.4 installation requirement 4.4.1 air-laid paper machine 's assembly shall conform to QB / T1588.3; subassembly shall be conducted on cast iron platform or bottom rail installed; 4.4.2 air-laid paper machine 's trial installation shall conform to QBJ1, rack part's trial installation shall be conducted on bottom rail. 4.4.3 shaping vacuum vessel 's installation level is 0.1 / 1000; 4.4.4 gluing vacuum vessel 's installation level is 0.15 / 1000; 4.4.5 driving roll, turn roll, hot pressed rubber roller's installation level is 0.06 / 1000; 4.4.6 guide roll installation level is 0.2 / 1000. 4.5 electrical installation requirements 4.5.1 air-laid paper machine 's electrical system shall conform to QB / T5226.1; 4.5.2 insulation resistance between air-laid paper machine circuit wire and protection earthing circuit shall be not less than 1M; 4.5.3 withstand voltage test shall be conducted among all circuit wires and protection earthing circuit of air-laid paper machine. 4.6 no-load operation requirements 4.6.1 at maximal working speed, its noise (sound pressure level) shall not exceed 85dB (A); 4.6.2 bearing temperature shall not exceed following regulations: During normal working, slide bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 25℃, maximum operating temperature not exceed 65℃; During normal working, rolling bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35℃, maximum operating temperature not exceed 75℃; 4.7 appearance requirements 4.7.1 exposed machined surface shall be free of defects such as rust, hurts or burr, etc. 4.7.2 the edge of joint face of spare parts assembled shall be level and free of apparent malposition; 4.7.3 painting quality shall conform to QB / T1588.4. 5. Test procedure 5.1 air-laid paper 's quality inspection shall conform to GB / T451.2, GB / T451.3, GB / T461.1, GB / T465.2; 5.2 dynamic balancing test shall be implemented on dynamic balancer, and its test result shall conform to regulations in clause 4.3.5; 5.3 no-load operation test Air-laid paper machine's no-load operation shall be stable, no abnormal noise, no-load operation time shall be not less than 4h, no-load operation test speed shall be gradually increased from low, medium and high, and operation time at medium speed (70% of maximal speed) shall be not less than 2h, and operation time at maximal speed shall be not less than 1h; All air cylinders, air tyres shall act for 3- 5 times in the test; 5.4 bearing temperature rise mensuration. Adopt thermometer to test on the external surface of every bearing block and its test result shall conform to clause 4.6.2; 5.5 noise measuring. Measure with precision sound level meter around air-laid paper machine, sound meter shall be 1.5m above the ground, maximal 1m from the paper machine, measure 4 points on its central axis, take the maximum value; and measurement result shall conform to clause 4.6.1; 5.6 electrical safety test shall conform to clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 20.4 in GB / T5226.1 - 1996 and its measurement result shall conform to regulations of 4.5.1, 4.5.2 and 4.5.3; 6. inspection rules 6.1 Every product can be shipped only after qualified and attached with product quality conformity certificate (standard no. indicated) by quality inspection department of manufacturing plant; 6.2 paper machine inspection can be divided into factory inspection and type inspection 6.2.1 factory inspection Factory inspection items are 4.3 - 4.7 in this standard 6.2.2 type inspection shall be conducted in case of any one as below: A) trial-manufacture and formalization of new products B) when product performance may be influenced due to major change in structure, material and process after formal manufacture; C) when national quality supervision institution requires type inspection; 6.2.3 type inspection items shall be all technical contents as stated in this standard; 6.2.4 one sample shall be random abstracted from the products used less than one year for type inspection in user factory. 7. mark, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 fixing trademark, label plate, form, size and content on proper position of air-laid paper machine shall conform to GB / 13306, and the contents as follows: A) manufacturer name B) registered trade mark C) product name D) product type E) net paper breadth F) quantification range G) working speed H) track gauge I) equipment weight J) manufacture date K) factory number 7.2 lubrication, operation, transportation, safety marks shall be supplied on air-laid paper machine, and the form and content shall conform to GB / T2894; 7.3 accompanied files include: A) quality certificate ( written according to GB / T14436) B) product operation manual ( written according to GB9969.1) C) packing list 7.4 air-laid paper machine 's packaging shall conform to relevant regulations of QB / T1588.5; 7.5 air-laid paper machine 's packaging, storage and transportation graphic mark shall conform to GB191; 7.6 air-laid paper machine 's transportation, packaging, shipping and receiving mark shall conform to GB / T6388. 7.7 storage. The products shall be stored with good drying, ventilation and rainproof, and one unpacking check and necessary anti-corrosive treatment shall be implemented for storage every 6 months.
