3. Product category
3.1 air-laid paper includes Two kinds: web or paperboard. Its
specification, size deviation shall be measured according to
GB / t451.1 - 2002 paper and cardboard skewness mensuration,
and the measured deviation and skewness shall not exceed 3mm.
3.2 air-laid paper definition: three major types: glue paper,
composite paper, heat bonding paper (water absorption core material
cotton piece), it is also called as knurling or printing.
Air-laid paper takes bleaching fuzz pulp as main material, utilizing
air as a media to decentralize and transmit fiber in manufacturing
process, making fiber form fiber web paper web on shaping web,
and fiber bonding strength is generated due to mutual fiber
binding after heating and melting of high molecule adhesive
and (or) hot melt fiber.
3.2.1 glue paper. A fiber web paper web formed after paper breadth
applied with adhesive, dried and solidified with bleaching fuzz
pulp, adhesive as major raw materials.
3.2.2 heat bonding paper. It is formed through mutual fiber
binding after hot melt fiber melted, with bleaching fuzz pulp
and hot melt fiber as major raw materials, the strength of fiber
web paper web. SAP can be added to become water absorption core
material.
3.2.3 composite paper. A paper breadth formed by latices bonding
and thermal bonding in fiber web paper web, and with bleaching
fuzz pulp, hot melt fiber and adhesive as main materials. SAP
can be added to become water absorption core material.
4. Technical requirements
4.1 technical indices of air-laid paper must conform to table
1.
4.2 paper surface clean, free of apparent dead fold, 2Dè±, damage,
crushing, hard block or ???á, etc.
4.3 paper web shall trimed and smooth, in good order, free of
crack, round edge, burr or page adhesion.
4.4 air-laid paper shall be free of off odor.
4.5 products can be divided into first quality, second quality,
and the products exposed to the flowing cases shall be treated
as second quality, but two items shall be not exceeded at the
same time.
Quantification exceeds permissible error, 2g / m2;
Whiteness is below 0.2%( absolute value) specified;
Eyelet exceeds 20% stipulated;
Water-absorbing capacity less than 1 time specified;
Transverse water absorption below 5mm specified;
Softness exceeds 10% specified;
Dirt exceeds 20% specified;
5 sample method:
5.1 treatment before sampling and inspection shall be implemented
as per GB / T450 and GB / T10739;
5.2 quantification shall be measured as per GB / T451.2 - 2002;
5.3 specific performance and operating requirement of air-laid
paper, thickness mensuration shall not adopt general wet process
paper GB / T451.2 inspection standard; sample as per 5.1, separately
measure with four layers or single layer as required, measurement
requirements: according to specific area process, pressure at
10g / cm2, surface measurement disc is φ 50mm. Measuring tool
precision 0.001mm. Measure 7 groups, remove maximal and minimal
value, calculate average thickness value, then convert to single
layer thickness, act as final measurement result.
5.4 whiteness shall be measured as per GB8940.1 (45 / 0 direct
reflection process). |

 |
| |
5.5 water-absorbing
capacity measured as per following method.
Cut a ready sample into 10 pieces of 100 * 100mm2 size, place
them into clean plastic bag pre-weighted, weigh on the scale,
then take them out from the bag and vertically insert into a
pond with clear water, make the upper edge of samples 25± 3mm
below water surface and meanwhile guarantee that the samples
fail to contact tank bottom, can also grip them with a clip,
but the clipping end shall be within 5mm from the edge of samples.
Soak for minutes, then vertically clip a corner of sample with
a tweezer, take sample out of water and hold for 90s, dripping
dry, reload it into the bag and weigh its mass, calculate the
ratio between amount of water adsorbed and original mass.
5.6 transverse water absorption shall be measured with single
layer air-laid paper sample as per GB / T461.1 - 2002
5.7 tensile strength measured as per GB / T453 - 2002, in case
of doublelayer or multilayer testing, shall be converted to
the measured value of single layer.
5.8 wet strength measured as per GB / T465.2 - 2002, before
testing, the sample shall be baked in 80±1℃ oven, after thermal
treatment, intermediate section of the sample shall be soaked
into water, taken out after moisten, surface moisture sucked
dry with filter paper, then, test result immediately converted
to measured value of single layer.
5.9 softness mensuration shall conform to GB / T8942 - 2002.
Sample size 100mm * 100mm measured, measured slot width 10mm.
5.10 aerobic bacteria count, pathogen, colibacillus shall be
inspected as per GB15979 - 2002.
5.11 eyelet shall be measured as per following method.
Hold and observe single layer paper, count the number of eyelets
wihtin the specialized range, not less than 0.5m2 per sample,
convert them to the number of eyelets in standard unit.
5.12 smell test method
Take 1 100 * 100mm air-laid paper sample, soak it into beaker
with 20?? distilled water for 2mim, then take out and smell
within 60mm, and off odor shall be unavailable within this range.
5.13 dirt shall conform to GB1541.
5.14 visual check shall be conducted on the appearance of air-laid
paper.
5.15 water content of air-laid paper shall be measured as per
GB / T462 - 1989.
6. inspection rules
6.1 manufacturer shall guarantee products conform to this standard,
take one delivery as one batch, but not more than 50 tons, and
one qulity certificate shall be attached to every batch of products.
6.2 users shall be entitled to check quality of every batch
against the standard, during acceptance inspection, shall firstly
check external package, then implement sampling inspection,
random inspection as per GB2828, and sample unit shall be package
or reel.

to table 2, total bacterial count of every batch can be measured
with 2-3 mixed samples, and its result shall satisfy the regulations
of table 1.
6.5 objection, if any, for product quality, within three months
after goods delivery, the user shall notify manufacturer for
joint reinspection or entrust jointly agreed inspection department
for reinspection, if failure to meet the standard, the product
shall be treated as nonconformity, and shall be handled by the
manufacturer. |
