Airlaid paper production
line use fluff pulp, PP/PE etc as raw materials. After the raw
materials are defibracated into single fiber, they will scattered
and delivered by air. Then the fiber will be filtrated by vacuum
in forming and laid down into a uniform fiberweb with the effect
of vacuum suction box. The newly formed web will through embossing,
latex-spraying, drying, tiding and others of the whole process.
This machine use closed producing without water and will not
make any pollution. Its products are thermal-bonding paper,
latex-bonding paper, multi-bonding paper and SAP paper which
are widely used in one-off sanitary bibulous materials, personal
caring article, medical paper, industrial wiping paper, life
paper and so on.
At present, there are 2100 production lines in Chinese Nonwoven
Industry. The total production capacity is 1,3 million tons
and actual output is 830,000 tons. With less than 50,000 tons
annual capacity, airlaid paper is still a new product and there
is no a standard for its quality. China still need import products
to meet the domestic requirements in present. From the prediction,
in the coming 10 years, we will need 2,15 million tons airlaid
paper only in sanitary towels, sanitary pads, baby diapers market
in China and the annual demand is about 215,000 tons. It can
be seen that there is a huge gap between supplying and requiring,
so it has shown a great market potential in Chinese airlaid
paper market.
International airlaid paper industry ushered a new period
of peak, but cost is the key factor of development restricting
as always. There is no choice except use a new generation of
airlaid paper equipments. As a super huge country, China will
become the greatest economical country within 10 years followed
by USA and India. In 2020, from prediction, an inexorable federation
between India and China will rise in Asia and become the fabrication
plant and material storage of the world.
